Exhibits

What is the process to apply for an exhibit? 

Booth Application Deadline

Booth Cancellations & Refunds

Booth fees are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the exhibit contact person should notify GYC at exhibits@gycweb.org, but no refund will be given. This year, an exception will be made if you have a COVID-19 related emergency. You may contact exhibits@gycweb.org for a full refund.
